What does 'Region A' mean for Blu-ray discs?

Region A includes North America, Central America, South America, Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Southeast Asia. These discs will only play on Blu-ray players manufactured for these specific regions unless you have a region-free player.

How long does shipping take within the United States?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. We also offer expedited shipping options at checkout if you need your movies sooner.

What is your return policy for opened media?

To ensure product integrity, we only accept returns on unopened, factory-sealed Blu-rays within 30 days of purchase. If a disc is defective, we will provide a direct replacement of the same title.

Do your Blu-rays include digital copy codes?

Many of our new releases include digital codes; however, please check the individual product description as some boutique labels or older editions may not include them.

Are the discs guaranteed to be scratch-free?

We sell only brand-new, factory-sealed products. While rare, if a disc arrives loose in the case or damaged, please contact our support team immediately for a resolution.

Do you ship internationally to Region B or C countries?

Yes, we ship worldwide. However, please ensure your hardware is compatible with Region A playback before ordering, as we do not cover return shipping for compatibility issues.
