Initiate Request
Contact our support team with your order number and a brief description of the issue to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack and Ship
Securely package the Blu-ray disc in a bubble mailer to prevent transit damage and include your RMA form inside the package.
Receive Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 3-5 business days.
